Enshrined Exorcist

Enshrined Exorcist is a dungeon crawler where the player ventures to abandoned shrines to fight the yokai dwelling there, before they become a threat to the nearby settlements. 

The combat system will be familiar to fans of classic dungeon crawlers like The Legend of Zelda and The Binding of Isaac, but with a slight twist. Aside from the standard melee and ranged attacks,  you'll also be able to pick up and throw enemies, creating an opening for a follow up attack. 

Shrines are split into different sections by barriers that won’t disappear until all the yokai in the area have been defeated, so be sure to explore each area thoroughly.

• Explore a large shrine filled with tricky yokai and defeat them in order to progress
• Use traditional Shinto tools as weapons, or even grab and throw both objects and yokai to fight
• Challenging boss fights wait for you at the end of each shrine
• Play with your choice of keyboard or controller

• More shrines with unique themes, new enemies and bosses
• An overworld connecting the shrines together, adding in villages and NPCs
• Weapon upgrades and a dodge mechanic to expand combat as the game progresses
• New difficulty options to make repeat playthroughs more challenging
